Inhouse Coating as Answer to market challenges

The linerless label was introduced to the worldwide label industry 20 years ago. Years later, and after many challenges and developments in the field of techniques and materials later, the linerless label has taken an emphatic and proven position in the PSA label market. Experts predict explosive growth in the application of this sustainable label in the coming years.

This mainly focuses on the VIP labels in the transportation and warehousing industries. During this presentation, Remco appointed developments around linerless labeling that will also accelerate growth. Developments in materials, techniques, and ways of thinking are partly driven by worldwide laws and regulations to reduce the use of waste streams. Attention is requested from the current label machine suppliers who play a prominent role together with the label printers to promote Linerless to the End Users, not forgetting the efficiency advantages of linerless labels compared to standard labels.
